66 year old Debra Davis of Plymouth was arrested on September 14th at approximately 10:45 PM following a traffic stop near the intersection of Hoham Drive and North Michigan Street.
Plymouth Police Officer Jerrid Arnold conducted the traffic stop and after an investigation arrested Davis for operating motor vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) and incarcerated her at the Marshall County Jail.
