Vietnam Moving WallPlymouth Park Superintendent Mike Hite told members of the Plymouth Park Board this month that he has met with Mike Boys and Mike Delp on finding an appropriate location for the Vietnam Memorial Wall traveling exhibit.

Hite said they are pushing for a location in River Park Square instead of in front of the sledding hill in Centennial Park.

Hite said representatives from the traveling wall will be in Plymouth this month to look at prospective locations trying to find a suitable location.

It is hoped the traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall will be in Plymouth the week of September 11th 2019.

Hite told the park board last month that total cost to bring the wall to the county is approximately $25,000.  Donations are being sought for the visit.
