Saturday afternoon, September 15th, Plymouth Police Officer Jerrid Arnold stopped a vehicle on a traffic stop in the area of Lake Avenue and Village Place.
After an investigation, 31 year old Angeline Smithey of Gary was arrested for Driving While license Suspended with a prior charge, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Lookalike Substance.
Ms. Smithey was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
