Triton Elementary School first and second graders enjoyed a visit from author Susan Kralovansky in library on September 7th. She read her books “There was a Tall Texan who Swallowed a Flea”, and “Twelve Cowboys Ropin'”. She had the students help by acting out the stories. It was a very enjoyable time.
Susan discussed the ins and outs of becoming an author, reviewed the types of illustration, told the students her inspirations for her stories, and the many other ways to earn money as an author. About 20 high school students attended the presentation.
