police-pursuitOn Tuesday September 4, at approximately 5:15 in the evening, Plymouth Police Officer Chad Beatty conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle infraction in the 2000 block of North Michigan Street.

Officer Beatty identified the driver as 31 year old Ace Blahoski of Miltona, MI.  Blahoski had Felony warrants out of Minnesota.  The passenger in the vehicle, 33 year old Jean Kelly of Willmar, MN also had warrants out of Minnesota.

When Officers went to take Blahoski into custody he fled in the vehicle. They lead police on a pursuit for several miles coming to an end at 6th Road and Rose Road. The two suspects drove through multiple fields then fled on foot into a woods.

Officers from the Indiana state Police, Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, Starke County Sheriff’s Department, and Walkerton Police Department all assisted in the search.

After several hours of searching the two suspects were unable to be located.
