On Tuesday September 4, at 9:30 in the evening, Plymouth Police were dispatched to a possible impaired driver involved in vehicle accident.
Officer Chad Beatty arrived at 1605 North Michigan Street, the Verizon Wireless parking lot and found 34 year old Nicholas Cuellar of Fort Wayne and his wrecked vehicle.
Cuellar was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
