Plymouth Police Sergeant Ray West was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department on Tuesday, September 4th in for a male in the lobby with an active warrant.
28 year old Matthew Topelian Jr. of Knox was arrested on the warrant without incident. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail with NO BOND.
