marijuana-arrest-handcuffsMonday evening, September 3rd, about 10:45 Plymouth Police were called by someone at McDonalds who reported a vehicle in the drive-up window with several people in it who appeared to be smoking marijuana.

Corporal Bob DeLee responded to the report.  He was able to locate the suspected vehicle at the Speedway Gas Station and conducted a traffic stop.  An investigation resulted in the driver, 18 year old Ciera Meyers of Plymouth being arrested for Operating While Intoxicated on a controlled substance.

She was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
