On Sunday, August 19th at approximately 03:30 in the morning Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to the 1,000 block of Bayless Street for an accident.
An investigation was completed by Office Paul Stamper and 27 year old Amber L. Meyer of 805 Baker Street was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated. She was lodged at the Marshall County Jail and released that afternoon about 4:30 on a $1,500 cash bond.
