34 year old Matthew Moreland of Plymouth was stopped Wednesday afternoon about 3:15 in the area of Jefferson and Eighth Streets.
After an investigation Matthew Moreland was arrested for Possession of a Legend Drug and possession of a Controlled Substance. He was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.
