Early Monday morning, August 13th, Marshall County Police Officers responded to a subject slumped over at the wheel of a vehicle, at the intersection of Diamond Drive and Hillside Drive.
At 4:35 a.m. Officer Smith made contact with 19 year old Trevor Danielson of Pretty Lake Road in Plymouth.
After an investigation it was determined that Danielson was Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated. He was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail and held on a cash bond of $1,500.
