MugShot_Antonio GarciaOn Wednesday, August 8th, Marshall County Police Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a gray 1999 Volkswagen in the area of Lincoln Highway and Pioneer Drive just after 9 in the evening.

While speaking with the driver, 30 year old Antonio Garcia of hamlet, the officer detected the odor of alcohol.  Garcia completed but failed the field sobriety tests.  He was offered a certified test and later showed to be over two times the legal limit of alcohol.

Antonio Garcia was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .15 or more and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering.
