Plymouth Police Officer Chad Beatty arrested a Rochester man on Thursday July 19.
At approximately 5:00 p.m. Officer Beatty conducted a traffic stop on the corner of Plum and Adam Streets. During the traffic stop, 24 year old Ethan Wagers was taken into custody for Possession Of Methamphetamine and Possession of Paraphernalia.
Wagers was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a Court date set for August 28, 2018.
