EconomyInnOfficers with the Marshall County Undercover Narcotics Investigation Team executed a search warrant at the Economy Inn Room 204 on Monday, July 16th just after 4 p.m.

That warrant resulted in the arrest of three and four children being assisted by the Indiana Division of Child Services.

31 year old Krista Bristow of the Economy Inn was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Meth and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.  Her bond was set at $1,500.

32 year old Jose Luba of Dickson Street was arrested for Possession of meth and Maintaining a Common Nuisance. His bond was also $1,500.

43 year old Edward Rensberger of Pear Road in Plymouth was lodged in the jail for Possession of Meth with a $1,500 cash bond.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
