Plymouth_Registration2018-19Plymouth Community School Corporation offers new and returning families the option of signing up for the upcoming school year at the one-stop, on-site, K-12 in-person registration at Plymouth High School. This year’s in-person registration will be held on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, from 7-9 a.m., 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and 4-7 p.m. Translators will be on hand to help Spanish speaking families register students.

Plymouth schools also offer online registration for new and returning students at plymouth.k12.in.us, there is a link on the top of the page. Returning families can fill out the online registration form by accessing the email account they have on file with the corporation. Families should have received an email from the Plymouth Community School Corporation providing them with a secure “snapcode” that links directly to each of their student’s information. The email message will also include instructions on how to access the online registration system for each of their students. To register your child using your InfoSnap Code visit plymouth.k12.in.us/parents/registration.

Parents or guardians who do not receive an email or letter before the end of the week are asked to contact the administration office at (574) 936-3115.

If you are new to Plymouth schools, you can register online as well. However, you first must call the PCSC administration office to receive a registration “snapcode” identification.

New this year at the PCSC one-stop, on-site, K-12 in-person registration at Plymouth High School, parents or guardians who do not have an email account will be offered the opportunity to create an online account.

As the school year soon gets underway, undoubtedly parents and teachers alike will find themselves needing ways to engage in problem-solving conversations. In national surveys, email was parents’ preferred method of communication from schools, beating out phone messaging systems, text messaging, and social networking. Email is valuable because it is quick, efficient, and overcomes schedule conflicts.

Plymouth schools want to make sure all student’s parents have the ability to send and receive emails, therefore volunteers will be on hand July 24 to help set up email accounts for parents/guardians who do not have a current email account.

Please note, rental fees for curricular materials will not be issued until after the start of the 2018-19 school year.

If you plan on attending one of the three in-person registration sessions on Tuesday, July 24 you are asked to park in the high school’s north parking lot and enter at door 5.
