Marshall County Auditor, Julie Fox told the commissioners the software system that tracks county employee’s attendance and time clock was recently updated. She also noted that the county’s financial system was also updated.
Fox told the commissioners the upgrade will save the county money because employees will be able to access their payroll information on-line. All employees will be issued log-on information so they will be able to access the new website and their personal payroll information.
Roll-out to employees will be August 10th. There will be a tutorial available to assist employees.
The Auditor noted that the new system will provide state required employee retention information too.
