Plymouth Color Logo2014The Plymouth Common Council was presented with another revision of the ordinance to update a variety of fees Monday night.

City Attorney Sean Surrisi reviewed the ordinance, 15 pages, section by section.  He pointed out the most recent changes and additions.  While much of the ordinance was the same as last meeting, there were new sections added pertaining to infrastructure that will be transferred to the city, spelling out where the collected fees will be disbursed and rental rates for city equipment for non-city projects.

Surrisi told the City Council he would like members to review the ordinance during the next two weeks and consider passing the ordinance on 3rd and final reading at the July 23rd meeting.
