probationn-violation31 year old Ryan Douglas of Plymouth was arrested by Plymouth Police for failing a drug screen at the Marshall County Probation Department just after noon on Friday, July 6th.

He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $500 cash bond.
