Bourbon Police Officer Adam Kraning stopped a vehicle Sunday morning just after midnight for an equipment violation at Center and Main Streets.
During the investigation 41 year old Victorina Del Real Hernandez of Etna Green was found to be driving without ever receiving a license.
Hernandez was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating Without A License and held on a $250 cash bond.
