The Marshall County Council will hold their monthly meeting on Monday, July 9th at 9 a.m. in the second floor meeting room of the County Building. The lengthy agenda includes Christine Stinson from the County Health Department. She will address the Emergency Preparedness Grant and EMA Director, Clyde Avery will seek approval to apply for the 2018 EMPG Salary Reimbursement Grant.
Commissioner Mike Delp, a member of the County’s Safety Committee will request approval to apply for a IPEP Program Grant and Linda Rippy from the County Museum will present her quarterly report.
County Building Inspector Chuck DeWitt will the ISO Report and new state mandates. Those are causing him to seek a new full time employee and a part time employee in the 2019 budget.
The County Council will also consider additional appropriation requests and transfers.
The County Council meeting is open to the public.
