Plymouth Police K9 carPlymouth Police Officer John Weir initiated a traffic stop on a white Honda on US 30 at US 31 for driving 95 mph in a 60 mph zone on Sunday, July 1st.

While speaking with the driver, 19 year old Breanna Laster of Mishawaka the officer found her to be very nervous.  He walked his K-9 partner Jax around the car and he indicated the presence of some type of narcotic.

A search of the vehicle was conducted and several items of paraphernalia items were located and a jar and baggy with suspected marijuana.

Laster was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia.
