A traffic stop was conducted in the 1600 block of North Michigan Street on Tuesday, July 3rd at 10:30 pm and a Plymouth man was arrested.
Plymouth Police Officer Matthew Emenhiser stopped 60 year old Tony McCan and discovered that he was operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
McCan was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering.
