Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper stopped a vehicle at Columbus Drive and Baker Street, just after midnight on Saturday, June 23rd for a traffic violation.
During the traffic stop, 74 year old Frank Washnock of Bremen was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was lodge in Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
