arrested_handcuffsSaturday night, just before midnight, Plymouth Police Officer Jerrid Arnold conducted a traffic stop at 1st and Harrison Street.

The driver, 33 year old Carols Rodriguez Herrera of Plymouth was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle while never licensed, possession of cocaine, and resisting law enforcement.

Mr. Rodriguez Herrera was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a $4,500 cash bond.
