One person was arrested on Sunday afternoon when County Police were dispatched to a civil complaint in the 12,100 block of State Road 17.
Just after 4 Sunday afternoon Officer Matt Brown responded with Jordan Rans and Nick Laffoon to the civil complaint.
During the incident a minor physical altercation occurred, which resulted in the arrest of Daniel Sharp age 44 of Plymouth.
He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged for Battery a class B Misdemeanor.
