City Council MeetingsThe City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings Monday evening beginning at 6 p.m. with the Board of Public Works and Safety.  The agenda for the meeting includes reports by various department heads, a sidewalk request at 814 N. Walnut Street and 300 W. Jefferson Street.

The City Engineer will present a memorandum of understanding with the Plymouth Community Schools, an update on the LaPorte Street Footbridge renovation project and a request to work in the right-of-way for Century Link at Aldi’s.

The Common Council meeting at 6:30 will include consideration of an ordinance to amend the fees for various departments on second and third reading.  At their last meeting, Councilman Jeff Houin asked for a comparison report prior to final approval.

The council’s agenda also includes a resolution regarding police department policies and procedures and approval of the Tax Abatement compliance forms for Hoosier Tire.

The city meetings are held in the conference room at the Plymouth fire department.  They are open to the public, and those attending should use the south entrance.  Comments and questions are limited to agenda items only.
