On Friday June 22, at approximately 7:30 in the morning officers with the Unit (Undercover Narcotics Investigation Team), along with officers from the Plymouth Police Department executed a search warrant in the 200 block of Lewis Street in Plymouth.

During the search of the residence, three individuals were arrested.

Robert Michael Wlezien of Chicago was arrested on Possession of Marijuana an A Misdemeanor and Maintaining a Common Nuisance as a Level 6 Felony. His cash bond is $4,505.

Chelsie Ann Webb of Plymouth was arrested on Possession of Marijuana as an A Misdemeanor and Maintaining a Common Nuisance as a Level 6 Felony. Her bond is $1,505.

 

Also arrested was Mandy Shawn Girres of Plymouth for Possession of Methamphetamine as a Level 6 Felony and Maintaining a Common Nuisance as a Level 6 Felony.

 

 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.  They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
