This week Jerry Chavez, President and CEO of the Marshall County Economic Development Corporation updated members of the Plymouth Redevelopment Commission on the River Gate South residential construction project.
Construction on the three buildings at the corner of Michigan and Lake Streets continues and on a daily basis. There are 39 one, two and three bedroom apartments with many unique floor plans.
Chavez said a series of hard-hat-tours are scheduled for later this month and early month. These tours are for major contributors to the project, one of which is the Redevelopment Commission.
City Attorney Sean Surrisi said a new website is now open and gives detailed information on the floor plans and pricing for the various units. https://www.rgsliving.com
