39 year old Shelby E. Gaines of Plymouth was arrested Sunday afternoon June 17th at 2505 North Oak Road, the Walmart in Plymouth for theft and criminal mischief.
About 4:15 in the afternoon Ms. Gaines was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail for Theft and Criminal Mischief and held on a $750 cash bond.
