Wednesday morning about 7, the Manager of Freedom Express at 211 West Center Street in Bourbon turned in fake currency that she located in the parking lot of the business to Bourbon Police Officer Rick Kanarr.
Officer Kanarr said the bill clearly stated PROP on it in three different places, also it states ‘this is not legal tender’.
At this time it is unknown where the currency came from.
