Plymouth Color Logo2014The City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings Monday evening starting at 6 with the Board of Public Works and Safety.

The board will hear reports from the various department heads.  Jim Marquardt will present a request from Eugene & Pauline Baughman at 307 Webster Ave. Cite Engineer Rick Gaul will present a request of PEG Broadband to work and install in the City’s right-of-way.  There is also a request to remove the 2-hour parking restriction on Water Street between Garro and Washington Streets.

The Plymouth Common Council will meet at 6:30 with three public hearings; a waiver of non-compliance for tax-abatement; additional appropriation for the General Fund and Crime Prevention Fund; and the final is an additional appropriation for the General Fund.

Under unfinished business are two ordinances that were only heard on first reading at the last meeting in May because Councilman Gary Cook opposed suspending the rules and hearing them on second reading.  The ordinances pertain to the Aquatics Center and debt service fund for the project.

The City Attorney will present the 2018 Plymouth contract with Get Fit Get Healthy and he and Mayor Senter will present an ordinance to amend various fees in the city.

Also on the City Council agenda are a number of resolutions.

The city meetings are open to the public and held in the conference room of the Fire Dept.
