Plymouth Police Officer John Weir initiated a traffic stop on a Ford Fusion Friday, June 1st at 12:15 in the afternoon. The traffic stop was at Plum and Jefferson Streets because the officer knew the driver, 35 year old Paul Williams of Plymouth to be Driving While Suspended without ever receiving a driver’s license.

While on the traffic stop, K9 Jax was walked around the car and indicated the presence of narcotics.  A search was conducted and suspected marijuana was located.

Paul Williams was taken into custody and lodge in the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Marijuana, a first offense and Operating Without a License.  His cas bond was set at $500.
