Marshall COunty Museum FrontThe sixth annual Cemetery Crawl will visit three Center Township historic cemeteries on Thursday, June 14.  Organized by the Marshall County Genealogical Society, the Crawl is actually a driving tour stopping at the selected cemeteries where an oral history is shared along with a course of the progressive dinner provided by members of the Society.  The public is invited to attend and share in the meal.  Due to lack of parking along Muckshaw Road, a presentation for Pisgah Cemetery will be given at Oakhill.

The general schedule is as follows:  Oakhill Cemetery at 5:00 (enter at the far west drive and bear right at the first branch), Stringer/Lake Cemetery at 6:00, and St. Michael Cemetery at 6:45.  Join us at one or all the cemeteries and hear the historical presentations prepared and delivered by Anita Kopetski.

Carpools will leave from the parking lot west of the Plymouth Public Library at 4:45. Reservations are not required, but they do help with food planning.  Contact Karin Rettinger at the museum 574-936-2306 or karinrettinger@mchistoricalsociety.org.  Maps of the Center Twp. cemetery locations are available at the museum.
