On Thursday, May 3rd just after 10 PM Jacob M. Castell, age 21 of Plymouth was stopped on a traffic stop in the area of the 800 block of South Miner Street.
Castell was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated on a controlled substance.
Mr. Castell was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail for OWI on Controlled Substance and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
