Plymouth Police K9 car33 year old Adam Lee Walls of Texas was arrested Wednesday morning at the Love’s Truck Stop.

Plymouth Police Officer John Weir was dispatched to Love’s to investigate a semi that hit another semi and left the scene.

While Officer Weir was taking the report Sgt. John West located the semi eastbound on US 30, just east of Plymouth.  The driver was taken back to the truck stop and a witness confirmed him as the driver involved in the accident.

Mr. Walls was taken into custody by Officer Weir and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Failure to Stop after a property damage accident to an unattended vehicle.  His cash bond was set at $1,500.
