Two males were taken into custody by a Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer Tuesday evening.
Officer Gilmer was dispatched to Centennial Park to investigate two male subjects smoking marijuana on the walking trails. She located the tow subjects by the tennis courts in the park.
20 year old Zaccheus R. Hutchings of Plymouth along with a juvenile male were arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Hutchings was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia and held on a $500 cash bond. The juvenile with Hutchings was released to his parents.
