City NEwsThis week the Plymouth Common Council reviewed compliance forms for tax abatements granted to two local businesses.

Pretzels Inc. was granted a personal property tax abatement in 2016 and a review found the snack manufacturer in compliance.  They also filed a 103-ERA form for the Economic Revitalization Area status and a 103-EL form which provides a listing of new equipment.

Zentis also presented their CF-1’s for two 2012 personal property tax abatements.  The City Council found the compliance forms to be in order.

After being approved by the Plymouth City Council the forms will be forwarded on to the county for consideration.
