MugShot_Shawn MorningstarOn Sunday, May 20th, at approximately 3:30 in the morning, Marshall County Deputies were advised of a possibly impaired driver in a tan pick-up truck traveling south on US 31.

Deputy Smith located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop on US 31 near 13th Road. The driver of the vehicle, 46 year old Shawn Morningstar of Rochester was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Morningstar was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and given a cash bond of $1,500 cash.
