MugShot_Tiffany MakleyOn Friday, may 18th about 7:30 in the evening, Marshall County Dispatch received a 911 call of a possibly impaired driver northbound on US 31 at State Road 10.  The suspected vehicle was described as a green Dodge minivan. 

Marshall County Officer Wozniak was able to locate the vehicle and observed many infractions and initiated a traffic stop on US 31 in the area of 4A Road.  During the investigation, Officer Wozniak utilized his canine partner Irok and received an indication of narcotics in the vehicle. 

A search of the vehicle resulted in the findings of a glass crack cocaine pipe with cocaine residue.  The driver, 33 year old Tiffany A. Makley of Grand Rapids was taken to the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Paraphernalia.  She was held on a $4,500 cash bond.
