On Tuesday, May 15th at approximately 8:00 PM Chad Schwichtenberg, age 41, of Plymouth was arrested by City Police.
City police officer Jerrid Arnold responded to 201 Alexander Street for a reported domestic battery and strangulation.
Chad Schwichberg was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for the charges and held on a $1,500 cash bond
