Plymouth Police Officer Ray West was dispatched to the Red Rock Inn in reference to a suspicious person Thursday morning about 9:45.
He made contact with a male matching the description given who identified himself as Joshua Neff, 40 from the 200 block of North Walnut Street in Plymouth. A routine warrant check revealed an active warrant from Whitley County. The warrant was confirmed and Joshua Neff was arrested without incident, transported to the Marshall County Jail and lodged for the warrant.
