MugShot_Renee StooksburySaturday night, May 5th, at approximately 10:30 Marshall County Police Officer Nick Laffoon observed a vehicle driving erratically in the area of US 30 and Pioneer Drive.  The officer performed a traffic stop and while speaking with the driver, 44 year old Renee Stooksbury of Plymouth Officer Laffoon began an Operating While Intoxicated investigation. 

Renee Stooksbury failed a field sobriety tests and a portable breath test.  She was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she failed a certified breath test and was lodged at the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated as a class A misdemeanor and held on a $4,500 cash bond. 

K9 Officer Andrew Wozniak, 1st/Sgt. Neal Wallace of the Marshall County Police Department and Patrolman Paul Stamper of the Plymouth Police Department assisted at the scene of the investigation.
