On Saturday afternoon, May 5th Plymouth Police Officer John Weir was in the area of Muckshaw and Oakhill Avenue for a complaint when he saw some suspicious activity taking place in the cemetery near Oakhill and Lincoln Street.

Officer Weir approached the subjects;

MugShot_Pittman, Michael37 year old Michael Lee Pittman and

Mugshot_Warner, Robert63 year old Robert Lee Warner both of Plymouth.

As the officer approached, Mr. Pittman tried walking away and Mr. Warner started to drive away.

Plymouth Police Officer Chad Beatty assisted and after a short investigation and the use of K9 Jax, officers located 16.7 grams of a Schedule II Narcotic and both subjects were taken into custody.

Michael Pittman was held with NO BOND for Dealing in a Scheduled Controlled Substance and Robert Warner was booked for Possession of a Controlled Substance and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
