On Thursday, May 3rd a juvenile female came to the Plymouth Police Department to report that her boyfriend that she had been living with had grabbed her by the face and neck area causing her pain and difficulty breathing.
She juvenile female had minor injuries from the incident.
19 year old Devontae Rainey of Plymouth of the 200 block of West Adams Street was located on May 4th, and after further investigation arrested without incident.
He was taken to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged on the charge of Domestic Battery on a Pregnant Female and Strangulation and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
