MugShot_Kynard ShorterOn Friday, May 4th, 2018 at 7:39 PM, Marshall County Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a gray Nissan passenger car in the area of US 31 and 20B Road for traveling 79 MPH in a posted 60 MPH zone. 

The driver of the vehicle, 50 year old Kynard M Shorter of South Bend was found to be operating a vehicle after being adjudged a habitual traffic violator.  He was a taken to the Marshall County Jail and held for Operating after being Adjudged a Habitual Traffic Offender and held on a $1,500 cash bond .
