MugShot_Freet, Mark Sr.51 year old Mark L. Freet of Plymouth was arrested last Wednesday evening by Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer after a concerned citizen advised of a male stumbling down the roadway on West Madison Street.

Officer Gilmer located Freet at 5th and Corbin Streets.  He was highly intoxicated.  After being transported to the Marshall County Jail he became disruptive and uncooperative.  He received an additional charge of Battery by Bodily Waste on a member of the jail staff.

Mark Freet was booked into the jail with a $1,500 cash bond and given a court date of May 15th in Superior Court II.
