On Saturday, April 28, at approximately 9:30 in the evening, Officer Chad Beatty with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at Michigan Street and the Airport Road for a moving violation.
The driver 39 year old Benjamin J Moore of Elkhart was taken into custody for two outstanding warrants out of Allen County. He was also charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Syringe, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
Ben Moore was transported to Marshall County Jail and booked with a $3,000 cash bond
