19 year old Brandon Rocha of Plymouth was pulled over for a traffic violation on Sunday, April 29th at 2:30 in the afternoon near Randolph and Baker Streets.
Further investigation showed Mr. Rocha was driving while suspended on an ID card only.
Brandon Rocha was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $250 cash bond for Operator Never Licensed.
