MugShot_Wayne SixOn Saturday, April 28th deputies with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department were dispatched to the 1,000 block of First Road for a vehicle stuck on the rail road tracks just before 11 p.m.

After an investigation by Officer Smith, it was determined that the operator of the vehicle, 61 year old Wayne Six of Plymouth had operated the vehicle while over three times the legal limit.

Wayne Six was lodged in the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond. 

The cash bond was paid at 5:40 Sunday afternoon and Mr. Six was released with a May 15th court date in Marshall Superior Court II for his initial hearing.
