On Wednesday, April 25, at approximately 3:30 in the morning, Sergeant Les McFarland with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department made a traffic stop on a vehicle for exceeding the posted speed limit on US 31. The vehicle was observed traveling southbound on 31 at 89 mph in a 60 mph zone. During the traffic stop, it was found that the driver,35 year old Veniesa L. Browder of Indianapolis had a suspended – prior driver license.
Ms. Browder was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Driving While Suspended with a Prior. The bond for Veniesa L. Browder was set at $750 cash.
